My first choice is always Premier Inn and I've been too many but this was my first time here. And I was disappointed. Service level has dropped and also cleanest in the room. Maybe because I've stayed just Sunday night, breakfast choice in Monday morning was limited
Best stay if you are visiting the Paultons Park! Staff really helpful, sorry I couldn't get the name but they brought us a baby cot even when not booked in advance, whoever was on shift on 14th August night, Thank you. Cheerful and accommodating!
Did not tell us about a meal on arrival when booked breakfast, only found out in restaurant. Got good service from both. Could not get a reduced parking price as on letter I got back so had to pay the full amount.
We stayed here as it was close to the port to get on the cruise ship.friendly staff, very clean rooms, our family room was lovely and big, just warm as no air con and the fan blew out hot air, a nice pub next door and very quiet. We will stay here again.
I recently stayed here with my partner , son and daughter ( who is disabled and suffers with seizures) , the staff could not have been more helpful especially the manager , Jack, who went above and beyond in making sure everything was OK for her . We will definitely be staying here again if we need accommodation in Southampton.

We had an accessable room, facilities in the room were very good. Wet room had a shower which was very good.

Good price for 2 rooms. The annex is more up to date. The main building and rooms are nice although starting to look a little tired. Some of the lights didn't work. 4G in the annex does not work and free WiFi is useless. You would have more joy with a wired coat hanger as an ariel. If you need to use WiFi, find another hotel, which coincidentally offer free ultra fast WiFi. Hmm.
Stayed here after my sons Operation at Southampton General . Lovely service. Room nice and clean . After an eventful 24 hours they made out stay very calm and relaxing ... Next day I called a taxi from the taxi phone at reception as we needed to get to the train station. Taxi company quoted around £20 and a 50 min wait ! Receptionist Rebecca kindly helped me with a cheaper and more prompt taxi service by calling me another company. Very helpful as we are not from Southampton and dont know the companies. Big thank you especially to Rebecca Will definitely be staying here again
